We have just handed over a cheque to Jason Hughes who is completing a series of tough challenges on his trike to raise money for NI Children’s Hospice. I got to know Jason through a local Crossfit gym and we bonded because we have both been recovering from serious road traffic accidents (Jason’s road to recovery has been much steeper than mine!).
