Quick update for those of you who’ve been asking about the recovery. I crashed the bike on 17th April 2013 and broke my pelvis, collar bone and sustained nerve damage to left arm. With a big thanks to Suzanne Harmer at Body Therapy NI I got to the gym yesterday, three months and a day after the crash. As I sit here this morning I’m a bit stiff and sore after 90 mins of squatting and shoulder pressing at Crossfit Causeway… Delighted to be well on the road to recovery now. Thanks to everyone who wished me well.
P.S. Yes, I got a new bike 😉
