Role of Client Relationship and Office Manager

 

Office hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm* – Permanent Position

*applications for 30 hrs + will be considered with salary and holidays adjusted on a pro rata basis.

 

  • You will work closely alongside the Director
  • Become the main point of contact for clients
  • Willing to challenge and improve existing processes and implement any changes
  • This is a new role within the Company which you will manage and develop
  • Willingness to learn about Financial Planning, products and regulations through coursework and exams

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and build relationships with clients
  • Deal with non-regulated issues and queries
  • Update and manage our CRM and internal systems
  • Reconcile monthly income and fee statements
  • Liase with providers, submit applications, provide clients with progress updates
  • Assist with prep for client review meetings – update portfolio valuations, produce and print letters and any documents required by Financial Planner
  • Meet and greet clients
  • General admin duties e.g. answering the phone, dealing with daily post, document scanning and filing and any reasonable additional duties as required

 

Essential Abilities

 

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Hard working, self-motivated
  • Enjoy working alongside others
  • Confident dealing with third parties using phone and email
  • Adaptable and able to receive and provide feedback
  • Self-confident
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Confident working knowledge of IT

 

 

 

 

Salary

 

  • Up to £25k depending on experience and qualifications
  • 6 month’s probation and 1 month’s notice

 

 

Your experience

 

  • Experience as a PA (or similar role), senior administrator / office manager would be ideal
  • Financial services experience welcome but not essential
  • Training will be provided
